Yoder Smokers 16″ Heat Management Plate

The integrated Heat Management System consists of a precision perforated steel plate to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the pitmaster to better manage the temperature zones of the pit. The HMP also features a damper positioned above the burn grate, and when slid open the flames are exposed to the cooking grates for direct grilling capability.
